At Optimizely, I manage global accreditation programs, supporting over 800 partners worldwide.

My focus includes developing comprehensive sales and technical enablement programs, delivering impactful content, and representing the organization as a seasoned public speaker. These initiatives contribute to building a thriving partner community and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Beyond these professional achievements, I am a passionate advocate for Special Educational Needs (SEN), inspired by my personal journey as the father of Benjamin, who has SEN. Benjamin’s resilience and unique perspective have profoundly shaped my understanding of inclusivity and empathy, motivating me to support and promote environments where everyone can thrive.
